Hi, I'm Heather, herbalist, homeschool mama, and the hands behind Balsam Ridge Traditions. Everything you see here is made with care in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, using time-tested remedies passed down through Appalachian roots. From dried herbs hanging in the kitchen to healing balms on the windowsill, this work is part of my everyday life—and now, I'm honored to share it with you.
